The Sage service
Sage Hong Kong provides a done-for-you AI agent service for salons, spas and wellness studios. Your agent answers customer enquiries, books appointments, and follows up leads on WhatsApp, Instagram, and your website, in English and Cantonese.
AI agent answers only from trained material
Your Sage agent only answers using the business information, services, pricing, and policies you provide during onboarding. The agent does not invent prices, policies, or services. If a question falls outside the material you have provided, the agent will say so and hand the conversation to you.
Business owner responsibility
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the prices, policies, and business information you provide to Sage. Sage is not liable for any booking, quote, or statement made by the agent based on incorrect or outdated information you supplied. You are responsible for keeping your business details current.
Agent identifies as automated
When a customer asks whether they are speaking with an AI or an automated system, your agent will identify itself as an automated assistant. The agent will not pretend to be a human being.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Sage only for lawful business purposes and not to use the service to send unsolicited marketing, harass any person, or process data in a manner that violates applicable law. Sage may suspend or terminate the service if we believe the service is being misused.
Billing and cancellation
Sage is billed monthly or annually in advance, in Hong Kong dollars. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
PDPO compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Sage service complies with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), including obtaining any necessary consent from your customers before their personal data is processed. Sage processes customer data on your behalf as your data processor.
Limitation of liability
Sage is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
